Join Dove Landing Dog Training, LLC on July 20 at 10:00 a.m. for a free Defensive Handling Seminar for adults at the Pamlico County Public Library. This informative program is designed for anyone who walks dogs in public and wants to be better prepared for encounters with loose or aggressive dogs. Participants will learn practical leash-handling skills, emergency U-turn techniques, how to choose and use appropriate tools, and strategies for keeping both themselves and their dogs safe in challenging situations. No registration is required, and attendance is free. Please note that this is a people-only educational program, and pets should not be brought to the seminar.
