Preschool Storytime
Fridays @ 10:00 a.m.
Join Ms. Fran and escape to a new world of make believe as she sits on her storytime chair and transforms the children's room to a magical world of dragons, talking mice, monster trucks, fairies and more! After story time, stay to make a craft and work on those fine motor and socialization skills.

School Age Drop in Craft
Mondays 3 p.m - 6 p.m.
Drop into the Pamlico Library any time between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and make a craft to take home. Every week will be something different.

Book Explorers
Wednesday, October 20 @3:30 (Ages 5-10)
Join us as we read our way around the globe, learning about the culture, arts, foods, and landscape of countries around the world. Each month the NC Cooperative Extension will debut a new book and country to explore; learning about the peoples and places in our world at the library!

Young Adult Programs

Party like an Ancient God
Mondays at 5-7 p.m. (None on 10/11/2021)

Join Ms. Caitlin as she reads The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan aloud and we learn about ancient Greek myths and culture with a party featuring trivia from the books, costumes, and more!

Art Classes with Ms. Collene of YNTO 
Tuesdays 4:30- 6:30 p.m.
Collene will be teaching acrylic painting techniques to youths in Pamlico County each Tuesday culminating in an gallery style showing at the end of the class! Sign up now. Seats are limited.

Gamer Time
Friday 4-6 p.m.
Join the Pamlico Library each Friday from 4-6 as we play video games in the Quest Room. We have a Nintendo Switch, Mario Kart, BOTW and More! You can bring your own rated G games as well. Know some cool Minecraft lore? Come and share with the rest of us! We also play tabletop and card games as well!

Sailing Across the Atlantic Alone with Ann Clement

Come and listen to Ann Clement give a talk and share photos of her first solo journey across the Atlantic more than 30 years ago!

Bridge Club
Every Monday’s 1-3 p.m.
Come and socialize with friends and play cards- more than just bridge is welcome. Bring a partner and grab a table, or come alone and make some new friends.

The Book was Better Movie Night

Join Ms. Caitlin as she shares tips on how to spot and avoid common scams as well as password and technology security tips.

Microsoft Programs Caitlin will be teaching a one hour class on Microsoft programs- free of charge- each week on Thursday evenings. Each week we will learn a new program. Please call if you need a computer- the library will provide what you need.

Family Events
Family Movie Night
Third Friday in the Month October 15 @ 6 p.m.
You know they say that free is worth saving up for! So come on down to Pamlico County Library for a free movie! Bring your kids, bring your neighbors, bring your neighbors kids! Bring your mom, and your grandma and your sister too! Everyone is welcome to hunker down with some good ole family fun. We provide the popcorn and you keep the memories. Dream Dogs will be in the parking lot selling hot dogs, drinks, and chips before the movie as well!

Drop in Tech Thursdays
Thursdays 5-6 p.m.
If you have a questions about your technology- bring it to the Library on Thursday from 5-6 p.m. and our staff will help you figure it out!


Tuesdays 1pm – 2pm
Learn to knit, brush up on your knitting skills or just want to talk knitting, join Ms. Fran every Tuesday at 1 pm in the children’s room. All ages.

Basket Weaving Class

Ever wanted to make something with your own two hands? Come check out our free basket weaving class! All experiences and age levels welcome- most materials are provided.

Trunk or Treat in the Parking Lot!
Saturday October 30 @ 11 a.m.
Love dressing up? Love Candy? Come and join us for Trunk or Treat at the Library! Dress up as a character from your favorite book and submit your photo on our Facebook or Instagram pages or come in and have your photo taken in the Library to post for a chance to win a prize! We will have a storywalk and a craft with Ms. Fran.
